How would you describe your style?
Timeless, candid, warm, carefree, documentary. My job is to document YOU- to freeze your special day with all of the memories that came with it in time. I lean into natural elements during each session and incorporate lots of movement. I find the more my subjects are moving, the more carefree and comfortable they feel...and the more comfortable you feel the more fun you'll have with your session! My favorite thing to hear at the end of the session was "that was fun!".
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
The first thing you should know - there’s no need to be nervous. No one expects you to be a professionally trained model. Nor is that needed! We’re just friends hanging out, taking pictures, and enjoying the moment. A majority of the time you won’t need to do anything specific at all, just relax and be yourself! I will guide you through the whole process from the time you inquire to gallery delivery day!
Do you deliver all of the photos taken during my session?
I do not deliver all RAW photos. Part of my job is to curate a beautiful gallery of edited photos for you to enjoy. You're not only hiring me to physically take the pictures, you're also hiring me for an artistic skill- editing. Not every single photo taken will feel like the right one to edit. Your eyes may be closed, your hair may be covering your face, the sun may be causing you to squint. I'd never want to deliver something "half done" and expect my clients to finish the job. Sending out all of the RAW files would be just that.
What am I supposed to wear?
The outfits you choose depend on how you want your photos to feel! Once you book with me, we'll go through an entire outfit guide to make sure your unique style is reflected in your photos. I strongly believe in the mantra "look good feel good"! I want you to feel your best no matter what you choose to wear. My style of editing looks best with neutral earthy tones, but I love to incorporate fun pops of color too!
How will I receive my edited images?
Once complete, your edited gallery will be delivered through this platform! I will email you a password protected link to your personal gallery where you will be able to access and download all of your photos with ease.
